海外社交媒体上却有卖家,为一位疑似账号被封的大卖呐喊。

一位自称年销售额有5000万美金的亚马逊大卖在卖家论坛发帖,账号无故被封!被封号卖家认为,亚马逊封号后连提交的相关供应商证据都不进行审核,表达出强烈的不满和无奈。

I need help getting Amazon to release my five million dollars worth of inventory when i’m one of the top US sellers.

I’ve been selling on the Amazon platform since 2016- when out of the blue Amazon decided to shut down my account.

Arazon seers extremely determined to keep me out -raising a new issue, every time T resolve the initial issue they raised.

I can’t understand why and am extremely bothered by the unfairness of it all. I’ve been selling on the Amazon platform for eight years, averaging $50mm in annual sales, and always taking extreme care
in ensuring compliance.

It’s not for naught that I achieved so much in the last eight years. I would obviously never have made it so far had i not ensured compliance.

I spent eight years building my business with much sweat and toil, in order to support my family, my wife, and children.

Amazon accused my supplier of being “unverifiable-regarding ONE single ASIN I sold-despite the fact that i shared chain invoices issued directly from the brand owners and/or major national
wholesalers.

Worse yet,Amazon never even contacted my supplier for confirmation. How can they be sure that my goods are *unverifiable”, when they didn’t even pick up the phone to my supplier?!?!

How can they just accuse me like this and not even take a look at my information? is this how you treat a longtime seller?

Is all my hard work over the last eight years for naught? is my payment for being a trusted partner all these years.outstanding loans and seized inventory? I have several loans and LOC’s that need to be
paid off, suppliers’ who i need to pay… is this the way it all ends?

I believe Amazon needs to be held accountable. You cannot just lock down a business over concerns of one ASIN. There needs to be some context before making such a decision. And clearly, no context
was applied to my case.

然而,根据帖子描述,亚马逊一直没有恢复其店铺,而且每次解决完他们提出的问题,亚马逊又会提出一个新问题。他认为自己毫无过错,受到了亚马逊不公平对待。他愤慨的是,亚马逊从来不去验证其供应商的真实性,和调查具体细节,单对一个产品的怀疑,就关闭了卖家的店铺。

该卖家一直在亚马逊精心经营并在亚马逊平台上取得了不错的成绩,该店铺的平均销售额已高达5000万美金。

而由于店铺被冻结,资金无法周转,卖家目前正面临多重债务危机。

在这个四季度,卖家论坛,乃至社交媒体,卖家疑似无故封店而发帖控诉的例子,并不少见。事实上,多年来,在亚马逊平台上,卖家因各种原因被误判或遭受不公平处罚的情况时有发生。

此前,就在今年“网一”大促期间,年收入3000万美金的亚马逊卖家企业所有者Brent Wynne,也曾在社交媒体发帖,提到公司由于虚假的版权侵权索赔,受到亚马逊的不公正惩罚,并被停用账户。封号多日,公司遭受高达200万美元的损失,对业务和员工都造成了毁灭性的影响,80%的员工被迫休假。

Brent Wynne在社交媒体上发出了强烈的呼吁,希望亚马逊领导层能够介入并立即解决问题,并表明亚马逊平台不恢复账号的行为,是不可接受的,这些行为(或不作为)直接违背了亚马逊“以客户为中心”的承诺,平台应该立即恢复店铺帐户。

许多卖家由于不同的原因,账号被平台误伤、误杀。大多数卖家只能通过有限的申诉渠道、服务商尽力挽救,但是结果从来不可预知。一旦销售暂停,资金冻结,损失再大,也毫无办法。
